Terms and Conditions.
By confirming your booking by paying the deposit of £30.00 which is none refundable you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. We must receive payment in full for the service intended unless 28 days notice is given in the event of cancellation of your booking. NEW CUSTOMERS FOR YOUR 1ST stay with us you are required to pay 50% of the total invoice, thereafter £30.00 per booking.
If we are notified outside of this period the full balance will be required unless we are able to offer the stay to another client where a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. DAYS BOOKED ARE CHARGEABLE NOT DAYS USED, we charge by the day not the night. For very short stays we have a minimum charge of £35.00 per booking this covers deep clean sanitising of our rooms between guests. We DO NOT take provisional bookings or pencil anyone in bookings are only confirmed once your deposit is returned please make sure this is within 48 hours of your booking enquiry We run a waiting list for dates so if your booking has not been confirmed with a deposit within 48 hours then we cannot hold dates for you. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm your booking once we receive your deposit . The REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL (if paying the remaining balance by BACS this must be done 24hrs prior to check in). Please arrive no later than 15 mins before closing. If any bookings do not arrive on day of check in and no contact is made the full balance will still be due and invoiced.

Only cats with a current vaccination certificate for Feline Enteritis and Feline Calicivirus (Cat Flu) can be boarded their record card must be provided on day of check in otherwise entry to the Hotel will be refused.
Cats must be wormed and flea with an effective treatment a week prior to their stay and details of product and date applied must be provided all cats to be fit and well. If any cat is found with fleas ticks or lice we will seek an immediate vet consultation all travel costs and vets costs to be covered by all owners.. Please remove your cats collars before arrival. If your leaving and food, toys, bedding etc please provide a written list at time of check in.
CATS FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD THAT YOU REQUIRE TO SHARE A ROOM you are giving Greenacre your consent by providing your signature and accepting these terms and conditions or by payment of your deposit
In the event of your cat(s) becoming ill owners are liable for any costs incurred at the vets Although every possible care and attention will be given Greenacre can accept no liability for loss, either from illness or from any other cause. Cats belongings are left solely at owners own risk. If pets are not collected within 5 days of the checking out date and no communication is received from the owner then a sad decision to re home your cat will be made at the cattery owner’s discretion, the full boarding fee will still be due. Greenacre does not accept responsibility for any items left on the premises.
